Nutrition Bites:

One of our goals at Ceres is to educate our clients, our teen and adult volunteers, and the broader community about the connection between fresh, healthy food and wellness. The Nutrition Bites are one of the many tools we have created to attain this goal.

Each week our clients receive a different issue of these Nutrition Bites along with their Healing Meals. Each Nutrition Bites letter features the recipe for one of the dishes included in their delivery, along with helpful "bites" of nutrition information to empower them to make food choices that support health, healing and well-being.
