Educational Programs

Ceres Community Project’s Educational Programs provide opportunities for people throughout the community to learn how whole foods can support their health. Our goal is to create healthy, vibrant people and communities.

Connect the dots between your health, food, stress, toxins, relaxation and being part of a loving community. This class is offered bi-monthly and is a great way to get an overview of Ceres' approach to wellness.
